Is that a long drive? I like Portland but Guy says "it's worse than Seattle" by which he means it has more "rednecks". It's hard to imagine rednecks in Portland, but whatever dude.
I would guess that Portland has fewer rednecks, but perhaps it has a higher percentage. But in general, I think it's a very tolerant, open city. We always stay with gay friends (the owners of the cute puppy!) who live out in the boonies, and I don't think they've ever had any trouble there.

It's about a three-hour drive.
I would guess that Portland has fewer rednecks, but perhaps it has a higher percentage. But in general, I think it's a very tolerant, open city. We always stay with gay friends (the owners of the cute puppy!) who live out in the boonies, and I don't think they've ever had any trouble there.
